Common Questions

What payment methods are accepted? +
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through Stripe's secure checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Bank transfers (ACH) are available for project engagements upon request.
Is my payment secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms. No card details are stored on this website. Stripe is PCI-compliant and encrypts all transaction data.
Will I receive an invoice? +
Yes. An automatic invoice and receipt are emailed to you immediately after payment. For project-based work with milestone payments, a separate Stripe Invoice is sent at each billing stage.
What is the refund policy? +
Assessment and Roadmap fees are non-refundable once work has begun. For project deposits, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work. Monthly advisory subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no penalty.
How do implementation project payments work? +
Implementation projects are invoiced in three milestones: 50% deposit to begin, 25% at an agreed midpoint, and 25% on final delivery. Stripe Invoices are sent for each milestone — no payment links required. Custom large projects follow the same structure after a proposal is signed.
How do I cancel the monthly advisory subscription? +
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (link provided in your receipt email) or by contacting Smith directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again.
Can I upgrade my advisory tier? +
Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Growth or Strategic Partner at any time. Cancel your current subscription and start the new tier — there's no gap in service and the new rate takes effect immediately.
